A full-body session combining:

    • Precision manual therapy (clothed, oil-free)

    • Targeted myofascial work

    • Light assisted stretching

    • Selective use of scraping or cupping when appropriate

Designed to help your body unwind through assisted, passive stretching while encouraging the nervous system to relax.

You remain fully supported as your body is guided into controlled stretches and ranges of motion that are often difficult to access alone.
