I’ve been seeing Clemence for assisted stretching and the difference has been incredible. She helped me relax deeply while working on my fascia, and I feel amazing after every session. She also gives me simple exercises to do at home, which has really improved my joints and overall movement over time

Rebecca, 31

Assisted stretching

I train regularly and was constantly dealing with tightness and restricted movement, especially in my hips and shoulders. Working with Clemence has made a noticeable difference in how I move and recover. The combination of manual therapy and assisted stretching has helped me feel less restricted and more efficient in my training. It’s now a key part of my routine
